Welcome to Scholar Sphere. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scholar Sphere’s websites, platforms, and services, including but not limited to:

TutorCruncher scheduling and billing platform
AI-powered tutoring and learning tools (including Aira, LearnQ.ai)
Live and recorded tutoring sessions, courses, content, assessments, and related services
(collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.
1: | ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must be 18 years or older to create an account or purchase services.
Parents or legal guardians may create accounts and enroll minor students on their behalf.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Scholar Sphere reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, inaccurate information, policy violations, or unlawful activity, with or without notice.
2: | SERVICES PROVIDED
Scholar Sphere provides independent educational services including academic tutoring, test preparation, college counseling, essay coaching, AI-powered tools, and live online instruction.
Scholar Sphere does not issue official test scores, certifications, academic credits, or admissions decisions.
3: | PAYMENTS & BILLING
Payments are processed through TutorCruncher and third-party payment processors.
You agree to pay all applicable fees according to your selected plan.
Prices and billing terms may change at any time.
Scholar Sphere is not responsible for chargebacks or disputes initiated through third-party providers.
4: | PACKAGES, VALIDITY & EXPIRATION
All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
10-session packages are valid for 3 months.
20-session packages are valid for 6 months.
Unused sessions expire automatically after the validity period.
5: | CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late cancellations will be charged in full.
Makeup sessions are not guaranteed.
6: | CONDUCT, BEHAVIOR & SUPERVISION
Users must maintain respectful conduct.
Parents are responsible for supervising minors.
Misconduct may result in termination without refund.
7: | ACADEMIC & AI DISCLAIMER
No academic results are guaranteed.
AI tools support learning only and may be inaccurate.
8: | SESSION RECORDING
Sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
9: | INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and materials are the property of Scholar Sphere LLC.
10: | THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Scholar Sphere is not liable for failures or actions of third-party platforms.
11: | LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
12: | INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Scholar Sphere from claims arising from misuse or violations.
13: | GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
14: | MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Scholar Sphere may update these Terms at any time.
