1400+ Score Path™ — Terms & Conditions

Scholar Sphere is committed to supporting students through a structured SAT preparation pathway designed to help eligible students work toward higher SAT scores. The 1400+ Score Path™ provides eligibility-based educational support and is not a score guarantee.

1 | Definitions

• Program: The Scholar Sphere AI Self-Paced Yearly SAT Prep subscription, which may include adaptive practice tests, AI learning modules, tutoring sessions, and assigned coursework.

• Baseline Test: The first official digital SAT practice test completed within twenty-eight (28) days of enrollment.

• Official SAT: A College Board SAT taken after completion of the Program period.

• Score Path™ Support: Additional educational access or learning support provided to eligible students who complete the Program requirements.

2 | Eligibility Requirements

To remain eligible for Score Path™ support, the student must:

• Complete the Baseline Test within four (4) weeks of enrollment

• Complete required adaptive tests and AI learning modules

• Attend all scheduled tutoring sessions included in the Program

• Complete a minimum of eighty percent (80%) of assigned coursework

• Maintain consistent participation throughout the Program

Eligibility is determined based on verified platform activity and completion records.

3 | Score Reporting

• Official SAT score reports must be uploaded within thirty (30) days of testing

• Early SAT attempts may be taken for practice and do not affect eligibility

• If an Official SAT score of 1400 or higher is achieved at any point, the Score Path™ objective is considered fulfilled

4 | Score Evaluation Method

• Score review is based on a single Official SAT administration

• Superscoring is not permitted

• Score comparisons are made between the Baseline Test and Official SAT results

5 | Score Path™ Objective

The Score Path™ is structured to support students working toward a 1400+ SAT score, recognizing that individual outcomes vary based on effort, consistency, and external factors.

No specific score improvement or result is promised or guaranteed.

6 | Request for Additional Support

Students who meet all eligibility requirements but do not achieve a 1400+ SAT score may request additional Score Path™ support by:

• Submitting a request through the Scholar Sphere dashboard within thirty (30) days of the Official SAT test date

• Providing:

  • (a) A PDF copy of the official College Board score report

  • (b) Confirmation of completed Program milestones

Scholar Sphere will review requests within fourteen (14) business days. Additional documentation may be requested.

7 | Available Support

If eligibility requirements are met, Scholar Sphere may provide:

• Continued or extended access to the learning platform

• Additional guided practice or AI-supported learning tools

The type, duration, and scope of support are determined solely by Scholar Sphere.
No cash value, refunds, or monetary compensation are offered.

8 | Exclusions

Score Path™ support is not available if:

• Program completion requirements are not met

• The Baseline Test is not completed within the required timeframe

• Official SAT scores are cancelled, invalidated, or unavailable

• Testing accommodations materially alter standard SAT timing or content

• Fraud, misconduct, or material misrepresentation is identified

9 | Limitation of Liability

Except for the educational support described above, Scholar Sphere’s total liability related to the Score Path™ shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program.

10 | Modifications

Scholar Sphere reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Score Path™ prospectively.
Students enrolled prior to any change remain subject to the version in effect at the time of enrollment.

11 | Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
