Who creates the account?
A parent or guardian should create the account and add the child as the student.
Do I need to verify my email?
Yes — check your inbox for a verification email to activate your profile.
How do I add my child after creating an account?
Once you’re logged into your account, go to “Contacts” or “Students” in your dashboard and add your child’s name, school year, and email. Our team can also help you assign the student to a program.
What emails will we receive after registration?
You will receive two separate emails:
- One for the parent/guardian: for invoices, payment confirmations, and general account updates.
- One for the student: for Zoom links, Google Classroom access, assignments, and session reminders
Can the student sign up directly without a parent?
How do I book a class or tutoring package?
- Once registered, you can log in and view available packages on your Scholar Sphere dashboard.
- Click “Buy” next to the program you’d like to enroll in. Payment will generate a credit request and reserve sessions with your assigned tutor.
What happens after I purchase a package?
- You’ll receive a confirmation, and your credits will be applied to your account
- You’ll be matched with a tutor (for 1:1), for enrolled the enrolled program
- Your schedule and next steps will be shared via email or messaging.
How do payments work?
All payments are processed through your Scholar Sphere account via payment portal Tutor Cruncher. You’ll receive automated invoices.
Can I speak to someone before choosing a plan?
Yes! You can message us directly or reach out on WhatsApp. We also offer a free consultation call with our Program Director. You can also book a paid 1:1 strategy session with an expert tutor to go over your diagnostic results
Are small groups available?
Yes, if 3–4 students are available around the same level, we’ll group them. Otherwise, sessions will be 1:1.
