Who should register for an account — the parent or the student?
The parent or guardian should register using their own email address.
After creating the account, you’ll be prompted to add the student under your profile. This ensures all billing, communications, and administrative access stay with the parent, while the student receives session links, assignments, and tutor communication.
How do I add my child after creating an account?
Once you’re logged into your account, go to “Contacts” or “Students” in your dashboard and add your child’s name, school year, and email (if applicable). Our team can also help you assign the student to a program.
What emails will we receive after registration?
You will receive two separate emails:
- One for the parent/guardian: for invoices, payment confirmations, and general account updates.
- One for the student: for Zoom links, Google Classroom access, assignments, and session reminders.
Can the student sign up directly without a parent?
No. For students under 18, a parent or guardian must be the primary account holder. This allows us to comply with privacy laws and provide clear communication around billing and progress.
How do I book a class or tutoring package?
Once registered, you can log in and view available packages on your Scholar Sphere dashboard.
Click “Buy” next to the program you’d like to enroll in. Payment will generate a credit request and reserve sessions with your assigned tutor.
