1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 18+ to create an account or book services.
• Parents or guardians may register on behalf of a minor student.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• Scholar Sphere reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts formisuse or violations.

2.Services

Scholar Sphere provides:

• College counseling & essay coaching
• AI-powered learning tools 
• Live online classes delivered via third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, TutorCruncher)

3.Payments

Payments are processed securely through TutorCruncher and third party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). You agree to pay all fees in full according to your enrollment plan.

4.Packages & Expiration

• All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Sessions must be used within the following timeframes:
• 10-class packages: valid for 3 months from purchase.
• 20-class packages: valid for 6 months from purchase.
• Unused sessions after expiration are forfeited.

5.Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
• Makeup classes may be offered at Scholar Sphere’s discretion, subject to instructor availability.

6.Conduct & Behavior

• All students, parents, and instructors must maintain respectful and professional behavior.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors during online sessions.
• Harassment, abuse, inappropriate behavior, or policy violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
• Misconduct reports should be sent to contact@scholarsphere.com.

7. Academic Disclaimer

Scholar Sphere provides educational support but does not guarantee specific outcomes, including grades, test scores, or admissions, unless explicitly stated in a program guarantee.

8. Liability

Scholar Sphere is not liable for:

• Technical disruptions or errors from TutorCruncher, Zoom, LearnQ.ai, or other third-party platforms.
• Miscommunications or errors during 1:1 or group sessions.
• Inappropriate conduct by students, instructors, or third parties.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and logos are the property of Scholar Sphere LLC or licensed providers.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without permission.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
• International users are subject to applicable local laws, including:
• GDPR (EU/UK)
• PIPEDA (Canada)
• CCPA (California, USA)
• COPPA (Children’s Privacy, USA)

11. Modifications

• Scholar Sphere may update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
