How do I add my child after creating an account?
Log in, go to “Contacts” or “Students” in your dashboard, and input their details. We can assist with assigning a tutor.
What emails will we receive after registration?
- Parent: account updates, invoices, and payments
- Student: Zoom links, Google Classroom access, and tutor messages
Can the student sign up directly without a parent?
No. For students under 18, a parent must hold the account for legal and communication purposes.
How do I book a class or tutoring package?
After registering, log in, select your package under “Packages,” and complete payment. We’ll match you with a tutor and confirm the schedule.
